MERIDIAN — Meridian Police Department



    The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 1 p.m. Friday and 1 p.m. Monday:



    • Driving Under the Influence (DUI), first offense — Rachel S. Coleman, 22, 2427 Fourth Ave., 16C, Meridian. Coleman is also charged with providing false identification information, driving without a license, driving with an expired tag and violation of insurance card in vehicle law.

    • DUI, second offense – John Andrew Collier, 62, 1567 Bolen Long Creek Road, Meridian. Collier is also charged with felony DUI, driving with a suspended license (DUI) and driving with improper equipment.

    • Disorderly conduct – Kasun Rakeem Dunn, 23, 4871 McDade Road, Meridian. Dunn is also charged with possession of a controlled substance, petit larceny and probation violation.

    • Disorderly conduct/failure to obey law enforcement – Murphy Graham-Lanier, 39, 1902 33rd Ave. 20. Graham-Lanier is also charged with public drunk.

    • Shoplifting – Teasia S. Hill, 18, 206 59th Ave., Meridian. Hill is also charged with receiving stolen property.

    • Simple assault – Pretoria Saria Holt, 33, 2428 Old Marion Road, Apt. 33, Meridian.

    • Domestic violence – Cody Earl Jimerson, 28, 4515 State Boulevard, Meridian.

    • Petit larceny – Carlos James Jones, 24, 2105 18th Ave., Meridian.

    • Burglary, dwelling house – Aubrey Maurice Jordan Jr., 20, 3117 Fifth St., Meridian. Jordan is also charged with probation violation.

    • DUI, first offense – Gregory Kelso, 48, 2112 29th Ave., Meridian. Kelso is also charged with possession of marijuana (first offense), driving with a suspended driver's license, violation of insurance card in vehicle law and driving with an expired tag.

    • DUI, first offense – James L. Lewis, 31, 1914 Fifth Ave., Meridian. Lewis is also charged with careless driving.

    • Shoplifting – Breanna Odom, 18, 3201 36th Ave. Odom is also charged with receiving stolen property.

    • DUI, first offense – Griffin Thornton Parker, 27, 8445 Highway 45, Meridian. Parker is also charged with possession of marijuana (first offense), disorderly conduct/failure to obey law enforcement officer and speeding.

    • Disorderly conduct/failure to obey law enforcement – Marqui M. Reid, 20, 4309 Newell Road, Meridian. Reid is also charged with indecent exposure.

    • Shoplifting – Norman Shipman, 48, 1490 County Road 150, Boligee, Ala.

    • Trespassing – Joe Lee Smith, 50, 801 28th Ave., Meridian



    The Meridian Police Department reported no incidents between 8 a.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Monday.

        

Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department



    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests between 1 p.m. Friday and 1 p.m. Monday:



    • Public drunk – Joshua Early Baughman, 27, 1430 B Long Creek Road, Meridian.

    • Burglary-Dwelling House – Lewis Edward Brown, 28, 317 60th Ave., Meridian.

    • Driving Under the Influence, first offense – Phillip A. Butler, 27, 1346 Jeff Davis School Road, Meridian. Butler is also charged with careless driving and failure to signal.

    • DUI, first offense – Ray Collins Jr., 50, 5638 Wildwood, Bessemer City, N.C. Collins is also charged with careless driving and obstructing traffic.

    • Underage consumption – Mikel Shade Denson, 20, 6076 Woodland Ridge Road, Meridian. Denson is also charge with simple assault on a police officer and public profanity.    • Public drunk – John David Gentry, 24, 15772 Hickory-Little Rock Road, Little Rock.

    • DUI, first offense  – Perry A. Gordon, 53, 11195 Henry Wedgeworth Road, Lauderdale. Gordon is also charged with driving with improper equipment and obstructing traffic.

    • Disorderly conduct/failure to obey law enforcement officer – James Grant, 42, 11410 Swearington Road, Collinsville.

    • DUI, first offense – Larry Hopson II, 25, 602 Conehatta St., Marion. Hopson is also charged with failure to signal lane changing and improper equipment.

    • Social hosting – Taylor Wayne Johnson, 22, 3701 Espey Hedgepeth Road, Collinsville.

    • DUI, first offense – Stephen DeWayne Locklear, 53, 8699 Pine Springs Road, Meridian.

    • DUI, first offense – Timothy Miller, 43, 301 Deer Run Road, Meridian. Miller is also charged with driving with a driver's license and driving without a license tag.

    • DUI, second offense – Danny Moore, 51, 2209 10th Place, Meridian. Moore is also charged with careless driving and improper equipment.

    • DUI, first offense – Dale Ortiz, 34, 853 N Rio Ct, Lot. 36, Madison, Ind. Ortiz is also charged with careless driving.

    • DUI, first offense – Christopher Daniel Patrick, 29, 124 N Watertank Road, Forest. Patrick is also charged with obstructing traffic, driving without a driver's license and contempt of court.

    • Public drunk – Daniel S. Pinson, 28, 2901 Old Marion Road, Meridian. Pinson is also charged with public profanity, disorderly conduct/failure to obey law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.

    • Public drunk – Randy Dale Price, 23, 1525 Pea Ridge Road, North Carolina. Price is also charged with disorderly conduct/failure to obey law enforcement officer.

    • DUI, first offense – Travis Reed, 32, 2203 15th Ave., Meridian. Reed is also charged with careless driving, child endangerment, driving with a suspended driver's license, and violation of insurance card in vehicle law.

    • DUI, first offense – Connie Bishop Shannon, 50, 2728 27th St., Meridian. Shannon is also charge with careless driving and driving with an expired tag.

    • Probation violation – Gregory Sykes, 52, 1914 12th Ave., Meridian.

    • DUI, first offense – Nikkisha Thompson, 25, 8633 Highway 336 West, Clinton, Ariz. Thompson is also charged with careless driving and violation of insurance card in vehicle law.

    • DUI, first offense – Thomas W. Thompson III, 33, 8633 Highway 336 West, Clinton, Ariz. Thompson is also charged with careless driving.
