Meridian Police Department



The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.



• Disorderly conduct — Edward T. Walker, 30, 4727 11th St., Meridian.

• Disorderly conduct — Chester Thedford, 44, 2427 4th Ave., Meridian.

• Simple assault — Byron K. Watson, 48, 7981 Okatibbee Dam Rd., Meridian.

• Disorderly conduct — Ashley Dubose, 20, 3201 63rd Pl., Meridian.

• Simple assault — Cedric D. Hopkins, 26, 200 North Hills St., Meridian.

• Felony malicious mischief — Teiara M. Phillips, 18, 3716 26th St., Meridian.

• Indecent exposure — David L. Smith, 52, 1196 Horse Shoe Loop, Uronia, La.

• DUI — Brenda A. Golden, 43, 8860 Chapel Rd., Meridian.



Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department



The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following non-traffic violations between 9 a.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. Friday.



• DUI — Ivy C. Campbell, 20, 8237 Okatibbee Dam Rd., Meridian.

• Simple assault — John C. Chamblin, 46, 9045 E. Parkway North, Lauderdale.

• Probation violation — Henry D. Johnson, 30, 2522 32nd Ave., Meridian.

• Failure to pay — William B. Johnson, 24, 4333 Dr. Brock Rd., Meridian.

• Contempt — William J. Koenings, 26, 8002 Allen Rd., Collinsville.

• Shoplifting — Tierara M. Phillips, 18, 3716 26th St., Meridian.

• Vandalism — Nicholas W. Pulley, 25, 3679 Kay Dr., Lauderdale.

• Suspended DL — Clifton A. Walker, 23, 7405 Lizelia Rd., Marion.

The Meridian Fire Department reported the following runs between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

• Vehicle accident, Hwy. 45 N.

• Vehicle accident, Poplar Springs Dr. & 40th St.



The Lauderdale County Volunteer Fire Departments reported the following emergency runs for Thursday through Friday.



• Structure fire, Vimville Causeyville Rd. (Vimville, Causeyville, Whynot)

• EMS, York Rd. (Lauderdale)

• EMS, Sandflat Loop Rd. (Vimville)

• Traffic accident, Long Lane (Long Creek)
