    The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.



    • Fugitive from justice — James L. Johnson, 59, homeless, Meridian.

    

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following incidents between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.



    Theft

    • 700 block Highway 11/80.

    Burglary

    • 800 block 29th Street

    • 2800 block Chandler Street

    Stolen vehicle

    • 200 block 23rd Street

    Assault

    • 1300 block 19th Avenue

    • 2400 block 40th Avenue

        

Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department

    

    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.



    • Petty larceny — Annie N. Bundrum-Kell, 22, 6338 Graham Cemetery Road, Meridian.

    • Simple assault — Travis O. Pilgrim, 23, 875 Wilder Drive, Meridian.



    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following incidents from 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.



    Theft

    • 300 block Branch Estates Road, Meridian.

    Burglary

    • 8300 block Poplar Springs Drive, Meridian.

    Stolen vehicle

    • 300 block Crescent Lake Road, Meridian.

 

Mississippi Highway Patrol



    Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop H reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.



Marion Police Department



    The Marion Police Department reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.



Fire Runs



    The Meridian Fire Department reported the following emergency runs between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.



    • Cooking fire, 11th Street

    • Outside rubbish fire, 30th Street

    • EMS Call, 17th Street

    • Fire, other, 33rd Street           

      

    The Lauderdale County Volunteer Fire Departments reported the following emergency runs.



    • Structure fire, David Newell Road (Northeast, Marion, Russell)

    • Brush fire, Lizelia Road (Northeast)

    • Traffic accident, Highway 19 N. (Suqualena)

    • Vehicle fire, Wildcat Road (Collinsville)

    • Brush fire, I-20 @ Mile Marker 165 (Toomsuba)

    • EMS, Harper Road (Russell)
