MERIDIAN — Meridian Police Department



    The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Monday Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.



    • Simple assault — Roshekia S. Purnell, 27, 907 42nd Ave., Meridian.

    • Underage consumption of alcohol — Marlee C. Rhodes, 19, 582 Kirkcauldy Road Starkville.

    • Burglary — Shane M. Waltman, 21, 12446 John Lee Road, Biloxi.

    

    The Meridian Police Department reported the no incidents between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.



    Indecent exposure

    • 400 block Highway 80 E.



Lauderdale County Sheriff's      Department

            

    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.



    • Underage consumption of alcohol — Kelsey S. Adkins, 19, 120 Eddie Mae Road, DeKalb.

    • Embezzlement — Erin E. Baucum, 34, 806 63rd Ave., Meridian.

    • DUI — Robert J. Benenate, 43, 5724 Dimaggio Place, Metarie, La.

    • Failure to pay justice court — Elvin T. Brown, 34, 4212 37th St., Meridian.

    • Possession of marijuana — Tavarcus M. Smith, 17, 4715 13th St., Meridian.

    • DUI — Brad H. Walker, 36, 362 Thomasville Road, Florence.

    • DUI — Verbie D. Watkins Jr., 20, 1705 30th Ave., Meridian.



    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following incidents from 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.



    Burglary

    • 4900 block Causeyville Road, Meridian.

    • 9500 block B. Serton Road, Meridian.

    Vandalism

    • 6500 Pine Springs Road, Meridian.

    DUI

    • Decatur Street, Meridian.

    • 22nd Avenue / I-20, Meridian.

    • 22nd Avenue / North Frontage Road, Meridian.

    • 22nd Avenue / C St., Meridian.

 

Mississippi Highway Patrol



    Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop H reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.



Marion Police Department



    The Marion Police Department reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.



Fire Runs



    The Meridian Fire Department reported the following emergency runs between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.    



    • Good intent call, Smith Street

    • Vehicle accident, Highway 45 N.

    • Outside rubbish fire, Highway 19 S.          

      

    The Lauderdale County Volunteer Fire Departments reported the following emergency runs.

    

Ambulance Runs



    Metro Ambulance reported 34 emergency runs between 3 p.m. Thursday and 3 p.m. Friday.
