MERIDIAN — Meridian Police Department



    The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.



    • DUI — Antonio R. Ball, 34, 4616 2nd St., Meridian.

    • Public drunk — John P. Dougherty, 45, 3902 Commercial Blvd., Harrisonville, Mo.

    • Disturbance — Curtis J. Houston, 34, 5005 Druid Lane, Meridian.

    • Shoplifting — Sadie Laurent, 18, 898 Wilder Drive, Meridian.

    • Resisting arrest — Sharnelle J. Manuel, 31, homeless, Meridian.

    • Public drunk — Edward M. Smith, 36, 1263 Walker Spur Road, Meridian.

   

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following incidents between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.



    • Sale of alcoholic beverages to person under 21 — Mohammed M. Alzabidi, 24, 838 Chantilly St., Laurel.

    • Probation violation — Jacob E. Brewer, 26, 13211 Newton End Road, Collinsville.

    • DUI — Mikel S. Denson, 20, 6076 Woodland Ridge Road, Meridian.

    • Grand larceny — Wesley S. Hillhouse, 19, 527 Providence Church Road, Chunky.

    • Felony DUI — Larry D. Johnson, 54, 1166 Clark Road, Meridian.

    • DUI — Odell Rhodes, 67, 1606 28th Ave., Meridian.

    • DUI — Mark Ruffin, 39, 10817 Crowell Drive, Lisman, Ala.

    • DUI — Tiffany D. Thomason, 28, 307 Chandler Circle Kenton, Tenn.

    Vandalism

    • 1300 block John C. Stennis Drive, Meridian.

    Theft

    • 2700 block Valley Road, Meridian.

 

Mississippi Highway Patrol



    Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop H reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

    The Marion Police Department reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

    The Meridian Fire Department reported the following emergency runs between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.
