MERIDIAN — Meridian Police Department



    The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday:



    • Failure to appear in justice court — Temarcus R. Jenkins, 22, 3817 Davis St., Meridian.

    • DUI — Christopher S. Jones, 35, 3741 Dillard Road, Meridian.



    The Meridian Police Department reported the following incidents between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday:



    Auto burglary

    • 2500 block Old Marion Road

    Burglary

    • 800 block C Street

    • 100 block South 11th Avenue

    • 1500 block 25th Avenue

    • 5100 block Arthur Street

    • 400 block 56th Avenue

    • 900 block South Frontage Road

    Theft

    • 3000 block 6th Street

    • 1700 block North Frontage Road

    • 1700 block MLK Drive

    Assault

    • 900 block Highway 19 North



Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department



    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday:



    • Public drunk — Rufus Bourdeaux, 52, 3105 Minnow Bucket Road, Lauderdale.

    • Felony DUI — Jason D. Butler, 33, 412 40th Ave., Meridian.

    • Sale of marijuana — Darryl A. Hampton Jr., 39, 2200 28th Ave., Meridian.

    • Public drunk — Linda D. Harris, 45, 3404 North Clay St., Meridian.



    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following incidents from 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday:



    Burglary

    • 3500 block Highway 496, Meridian.

    

Mississippi Highway Patrol



    Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop H reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.



Marion Police  Department



    The Marion Police Department reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.



Fire Runs



    The Meridian Fire Department reported the following emergency runs between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday:

 

    • Vehicle accident, Highway 11 & 80

    • Vehicle accident, 40th Avenue

    • Vehicle accident, Highway 39 By-Pass

    • Vehicle accident, Lake Drive

    • False alarm, 34th Street

     

    The Lauderdale County Volunteer Fire Departments reported the following emergency runs:



    • EMS, David Newell Road (Northeast)

    • EMS, Highway 80 West (Meehan)

    

 Ambulance Runs



    Metro Ambulance reported 35 emergency runs between 3 p.m. Tuesday and 3 p.m. Wednesday.
