MERIDIAN — Meridian Police Department



    The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.



    • Simple assault — Randy W. Welborn, 46, 4720 State Blvd., Meridian.



    The Meridian Police Department reported the the following incidents between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.



    Burglary

    • 800 block Highway 19 S.

    • 500 block C Street



Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department



    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.



    • Felony DUI — John P. Wright Jr., 32, 924 Daleville Prismatic Road, Meridian.



    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following incidents from 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.



    Theft

    •1100 block Smith and Yeager Road, Meridian.

    Burglary

    • 3800 block Old Highway 19 SE., Meridian.

    DUI

    • Hillview Drive, Meridian.



Mississippi Highway Patrol



     Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop H reported reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.



Marion Police Department



    The Marion Police Department reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.



Fire Runs



    The Meridian Fire Department reported the following emergency runs between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.



    • Building fire, 16th Street

    • Vehicle accident, I-20.

    • Smoke or odor removal, Fifth Street

    • Smoke or odor removal, North Frontage Road



    The Lauderdale County Volunteer Fire Departments reported the following emergency runs.



    • Traffic accident, Buntin Gunn Road (Bailey)

    • EMS, Bolen Long Creek Road (Vimville)
