Philip Neal has been playing and writing songs since he was 15.
Originally from Texas, Neal moved to Meridian when we was 13 after his father retired from the U.S. Air Force. He attended West Lauderdale High School. He currently resides in Collinsville and works as a freelance writer and editor. He is this month's featured local artist. Read more about him in Meridian 360, every Sunday in your Meridian Star.
