J. Gary “Pete” and Jo Anne Massey of Brandon are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Amelia Brannon Massey, to William Matthew Adams, son of Reed and Regina Adams of Fulton.
The couple will exchange vows on Saturday, June 20, 2009, at 2 p.m., in the chapel of First Baptist Church in Jackson, followed by a reception in the fellowship hall west
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Harold and Lois Massey of Meridian and the late Joseph and Billie Dill of Meridian.
The bridegroom-elect is the grandson of Willene and the late Marvin Adams of Fairview and the late Reaple and Carl Adams of Fulton.
Amelia and Matt met through mutual friends while Amelia was attending Delta State University and Matt was working at Sunflower Landing in Dublin. Their romance blossomed soon after and has grown ever stronger over the years.
After a honeymoon in Gatlinburg, the couple will reside in the Mantachie/ Tupelo area.
