Randolph, Amis





Roger Randolph and Debbie Randolph, both of Newton, announce the engagement of their daughter, Lorin Paige, to Colby Wayne Amis, George Amis and Cheryl Amis, both of Decatur.

The wedding will be held Saturday, June 20, 2009, at 6:30 p.m. at Clarke Venable Baptist Church, Decatur.

Miss Randolph is the granddaughter of Wayne and Elizabeth Hudson and Kenny and Laverne Randolph, all of Newton.

The bride-elect received a bachelor of science degree in nursing from Mississippi University for Women. She is a graduate of Newton County High School.

Mr. Amis is the grandson of Billy and Linda Pierce and the late Bill Baucum, and Ola Mae Amis and the late Reese Amis, all of Decatur.

The bridegroom-elect received a degree in biochemistry and molecular biology from Mississippi State University. He attended Newton County High School.

A reception will be held at the historic American Legion Post in Decatur.

Family and friends are invited to attend. No local invitations will be sent.
