On the sixth anniversary of their first date, Jessica Leigh Love will marry her best friend and her love, Justin Heath Richardson.
The couple will marry on Saturday, June 13, 2009, at 5 p.m. at Highland Baptist Church.
Miss Love is the daughter of James and Teresa Love of Lauderdale. She is the granddaughter of Wayne and Dorothy Blumenberg of Farmington, Mo., and the late Frances Wedgeworth Helton of Meridian.
The bride-elect received a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from the University of Mississippi. She is currently in graduate school at Mississippi State University, where she is pursuing her master’s degree in counseling. She is a 2005 graduate of Northeast High School.
Miss Love is employed by Citizens National Bank.
Mr. Richardson is the son of Ken and Kelly Richardson of Meridian. He is the grandson of Lavalle and Shirley Massey of Meridian and Faye Richardson and the late Elmer Kenneth Richardson of Gulfport.
The bridegroom-elect received a construction trades certificate from Meridian Community College, a forestry technology degree from East Mississippi Community College and attended Mississippi State University in the forestry program. He is a 2003 graduate of West Lauderdale High School.
The bridegroom-elect is an Eagle Scout, volunteer fireman and a Mason.
Mr. Richardson is currently employed by Bobby Dyess Construction.
A reception with food and dancing at Meridian Little Theater will immediately follow the ceremony.
Family and friends are invited to attend.
