MERIDIAN —
Susan Oubre of Meridian and the late Charlie Tingle Jr. announce the engagement of their daughter, Lindsey Brooke Tingle, to Adam Wright Rippie, son of Pauline Wright of Meridian and the late James "Buddy" Wright.
The wedding will be Saturday, March 9, 2013, at 5 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Marion.
Miss Tingle is the granddaughter of Lillian McWilliams and the late Clyde McWilliams, Peggy Tingle and the late Charles Tingle Sr., and the late Johnnie and Ed Lewis.
The bride-elect received a degree in elementary education from Mississippi State University. She is a graduate of Northeast High School.
Miss Tingle is employed at Poplar Springs Elementary School.
The bridegroom-elect received a degree in marketing management from Meridian Community College. He is a graduate of Russell Christian Academy.
While attending MCC, he was a member of Delta Epsilon Chi honor society.
Mr. Rippie is employed by Meridian Cycles.
A reception will be held at The Palms. Family and friends are invited to attend.
