Butler,Grissom





Vicki and Greg Butler of Brandon announce the engagement of their daughter, Christin Leigh, to Terry Michael Grissom Jr., son of Candis and Terry Grissom of Taylorsville.

The wedding will be held Saturday, Sept. 26, 2009, at 4 p.m. at Pinelake Baptist Church in Brandon.

Miss Butler is the granddaughter of Linda and James Butler and Pam and Roy Stevens, all of Meridian, and the late Carolyn Sue Stevens of Meridian.

The bride-elect received a bachelor of business administration degree in marketing at the University of Mississippi. She is a graduate of Enterprise High School.

While attending Ole Miss, she was a member of the Ole Miss Marketing Association and served as managing editor of the yearbook staff.

Miss Butler is currently employed by Phi Theta Kappa honor society.

Mr. Grissom is the grandson of Helen Grissom and the late Edwin Grissom of Taylorsville and Doris and Billy Massengale of Collins.

The bridegroom-elect received a bachelor of science degree in agronomy from Mississippi State University. He is a graduate of Taylorsville High School.

While attending MSU, he was a member of the Sports Turf Management Association, the Mississippi Turf Grass Association and the Turf Club.

Mr. Grissom is currently employed by Clinton Parks & Recreation.

A reception will be held at the Mississippi Craft Center in Ridgeland.

Family and friends are invited to attend.
