William W. Little

Services for William Wayne Little will be held today at 3 p.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Keith Grubbs, Bill Webb, and Wayne Edwards officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Little, 67, of Meridian, died Thursday, March 19, 2009, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.  He was retired from Milan Express and was a member of Midway Baptist Church. He loved spending time with his family and his favorite pastimes include marrying Patsy, the love of his life, in 1960, and the birth of his children and grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife Patsy, of Meridian; his children, Kay Little, of Canton, and Lori Francis and her husband Lee, of Toomsuba; grandchildren, Byron and Mara Francis, of Toomsuba; a brother, Jeff Little and his wife Debbie, of Collinsville; sisters Frankie Gough, of Ocean Springs, Sherrie Adkins and her husband, Butch, of Meridian, and Karla Hunt and her husband Wayne, of Collinsville.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William Owen and Clarene Harrison Little; and a son, William Wayne Little Jr.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Cancer Center Benevolence Fund, 1704 23rd Ave., Meridian, Miss.

Visitation was held Friday, from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
