PHILADELPHIA — Services for Richard Billy will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at Standing Pine Facility Building. Burial will be in Standing Pine Cemetery. John E. Stephens Chapel Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Billy, 60, of Carthage, died Thursday, July 17, 2008, at Hospice in His Hands in Carthage.
Survivors include his daughters, Regina Billy and Latina Willis; five sisters; two brothers and three grandchildren.
