Retired educator



Services for Edna Smith will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church with the Rev. Frances Cosgrove officiating. Burial will be in the Antioch Cemetery. Berry and Gardner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Smith, 92, of Meridian, died Tuesday, July 15, 2008, at Guardian Angel Hospice.

Visitation will be today from 7:30 p.m.- 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home and Saturday one hour prior to the service at the church.
