MERIDIAN — Services for Fannie B. McConnell Clayton will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at New Beginning United Methodist Church in Porterville with Rev. Jimmy Jones officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery with E. E. McDonald Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Clayton, 101, of Meridian and formerly of Kemper County, died Wednesday, March 3, 2010, at Infinity Hospice of Marion.
Survivors include her sisters, Ester McConnell of Southern, Ind. and Vertabell Carter of Marion.
She was preceded in death by her husband; and four siblings.
Visitation will be Friday, from 6 p.m.-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
