MERIDIAN — Garcia Pierce
PHILADELPHIA -- Services for Garcia Morgan Pierce will be held today at 2 p.m. at John E. Stephens Chapel Funeral Services, with Revs. Ben McDaniel and John Stephens officiating. Burial will be in Beatline Cemetery.
Mr. Pierce, 82, of Philadelphia, died Friday, Feb. 5, 2010, at Laird Hospital. He was a wood worker.
Survivors include his wife, Bonnie Kate Pierce of Philadelphia; daughter, Jan Pierce of Arlington, Texas; son, Billy Wayne Pierce of Lost Gap; sister, Claudie Stokes of Philadelphia; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation was yesterday at the funeral home.
