MERIDIAN — Another man has been arrested in the murder of Jadarrian Jimerson. MPD Chief James Reed announced today that Anthony Martin Davis, 28, of Meridian, has been charged in connection with the brutal shooting death of Jimerson which occurred right before midnight on Aug. 21 in the 2900 block of 10th Avenue in Meridian. Davis has also been charged with shooting into an occupied dwelling and with felon in possession of a firearm. Davis' bonds total $375,000 for the offenses. Paul Raphael Brown, Jr, 17, of Meridian, is also charged in connection with the murder case. His bond was set at $250,000. Reed said more charges could be forthcoming as the investigation continues, and more arrests are expected. Witnesses said on the night of the shooting, three people were seen getting out of a vehicle and approaching Jimerson as the shooting erupted.
