A school bus full of workers — apparently not a bus used by the school system anymore — ran into a ditch on Highway 145 South in Meridian.
There were no school children on board or involved in the incident. The name on the side of the bus — where the school district name is usually located — was blacked out. Officials on the scene said the bus was apparently being used to carry workers and was no longer used by a school.
No details are yet available on possible injuries.
The accident happened near the antique store on Highway 145 in the southbound lane (at the bottom of the hill from the Texaco station).
