50th anniversary

Lamar and Kathryn Chancelor will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with family. The couple were married on Feb. 21, 1959, at the historic Shubuta Baptist Church. They have three children: Vicki Kidd and her husband, Ricky, Todd Chancelor and his wife, Jodi, and Jace Chancelor and his wife, Cheri; and six grandchildren, Chance, Ty, Seth, Jessica, Courtney and Brent. Mr. Chancelor is retired from East Mississippi Electric Power Association, Meridian. Mrs. Chancelor is retired from Nazareth Mills in Quitman.
