60th anniversary

B.C. and Kathleen Pickett Lee



B.C. and Kathleen Pickett Lee are being honored by their children and grandchildren with a two-night stay at the Alluvian Hotel and Spa in Greenwood to commemorate their 60th anniversary.

In addition to dining at the historic Giardina's Restaurant and a spa treatment, The Lees also will participate in a culinary cooking demonstration at the Viking Cooking School.

The couple were married on Oct. 9, 1948. Their children include, Bruce Lee and his wife, Kay, and Betinna Lee Hughes and her husband, Charles. They have three grandchildren.

Mr. Lee continues to own and operate Lee Plumbing Co., and Mrs. Lee is a retired cosmetologist.
