50th anniversary
The Rev. Jerry and Myrtle McMullen were honored with a reception celebrating their 50th anniversary on Saturday, Feb. 2, 2008, at Mt. Gilead Baptist Church. The event was hosted by their children. The
McMullens have two sons, Sonny McMullen and his wife, Anita, and the Rev. Michael McMullen and his wife, Dana; a daughter, Gail Fincham and her
husband, Tom; 12 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. They McMullens were married on Jan. 25, 1958, in the home of the Rev. A.H. Miller of Bonita.
