Joe and Barbara Neal will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an event hosted by family and friends on Saturday, Sept. 5, 2009, from 2 p.m.-4 p.m., at Big Oak United Methodist Church in the Cleveland Charge Family Life Center. The couple were married on Sept. 4, 1959, and have one daughter, Connie Galloway and her husband, Randy, and one granddaughter, Cady Galloway. Mr. Neal is retired from KCS Railroad. The couple requests no gifts.
